Shipping and Returns
Stab and Stash prefers to use USPS Priority Mail for all of our shipping. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total number of items in your order. All domestic orders over $150.00 receives free shipping, and International orders over $150.00 receives free shipping.
We do not normally provide insurance on the packages. We cannot be responsible for lost and misdirected mail. If you would prefer to have insurance on your package, please email us for the appropriate costs.

Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax
Orders of charts alone will ship next business day. Mixed orders (charts and fabric) may be split and charts will ship next business day and fabric will ship separately. Large fabric orders please allow a minimum of 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. For International orders, delivery make take longer depending on your carrier. Your fabrics may be delayed a little more if ordered during a sale, but we do try to get your order out as soon as possible.
All of our fabrics will be dyed on an individual order basis, because we will strive to insure that each piece is truly unique for your stitching pleasure.
Return Policy
Stab and Stash strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchases! Hand-dyed fabrics and Designer charts can be costly, and if you are unsatisfied please let us know! Please inspect your order upon arrival.
We understand that computer monitor colors vary and may not appear like the fabrics you ordered. If your fabric is not what you expected, please email us at tammy@stabandstash.com within 14 days of your order receipt to arrange for a return.
If there are any flaws in the fabric or charts, email us at tammy@stabandstash.com and we will gladly exchange your fabric for a new piece, same size and color, or your chart for the same chart.
We recommend sending any returns via Delivery Confirmation mail.
We must receive an email from you prior to any returns.
Returned items must be in re-sale condition.
We must have proof of purchase on file for any returns.
